Although we don't collect any private information on this site, we want to let you know about our privacy policy.

SalesLogistix is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of prospects and customers. Any information you give to us will be kept confidential, even if we don't have a non-disclosure agreement in place.

We request contact information such as name, company name, and email address. We will use the information only to send you 12 emails a year - 11 of which are a monthly newsletter. This information is stored and processed only Salesforce.com and other automation systems in the United States. If you are a citizen of a country in the European Union, you need to give us explicit permission to process your personal information in the US. By registering with us, you are giving us that permission. You can opt out of being contacted by us, or ask that your information be totally expunged from our systems, by clicking here.

We will not sell your individual Information to any third parties. However, we may have to disclose your personal Information to third parties in cases where we believe that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with a legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, or court order; or (2) protect and defend the rights or property of SalesLogistix; or (3) enforce our license and services agreement.
