Lead JunQue™ FAQ

Q:  What is Lead JunQue?

A:  It's a free lead-filtering product available on SFDC's App Exchange.  Its purpose is to filter out leads that are almost certainly bogus or of microscopic value -- the ones that you don't want to follow up on.

Q:  Is it compatible with SFDC Pro Edition?

A:  We don't think so, but even if it works we don't support it there.  But we know JunQue is compatible with Unlimited and Enterprise Editions of SFDC.

Q:  What's in the upcoming version, what features will it add, and when does it come out?

A:  We don't know.  You tell us

Q:  Lead JunQue creates four new tabs in the system.  Can we turn them off?

A:  Sure, you can turn any of them off you want through SFDC's Tab Customization system.  But you'll almost certainly want to leave on the main Lead JunQue tab so you can see what's going on with the JunQued leads.

Q:  Our system is out of tabs -- EE only supports 50 of them, even if most of them are off.  What can we do?

A:  Take a look at JunQue Meister, the upgraded version of Lead JunQue.  It only uses one tab, for EE customers who have hit the maximum.

Q:  How do we get this beast to uninstall?

A:  It's fairly automatic, but you have to uninstall the custom buttons you put on the page and search layouts before you start that process.  Once you've uninstalled the two instances of the JunQue It! buttons, just follow the standard package uninstall sequence in SFDC.

Q:  Where is all this data stored, and how can we get to it?

A:  Lead JunQue creates 4 new tables in your SFDC instance, in the form of Custom Objects.  These can be examined from the SFDC UI, reported on, or interrogated via the Salesforce API (using the Excel connector, the Data Loader, or your favorite web service application).
